Delivery

Custom Products: 10 Working Days (UK)  30 Days (Rest of World)

Standard Products: 3-5 Working Days (UK) 15 Days (Rest of World)

Please note, during the COVID-19 outbreak courier services may be affected by delays.  Please take this into account.

Refunds

For print on demand items, these are custom made so we cannot offer a refund under Section 28(b) of The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Refund Time Frame

Please allow 5 working days for a refund to be processed.  If you do not received your refund after this time frame, contact us so that we can chase Paypal or our refund merchant service to chase this for you.
